Crescent offers employees and customers many opportunities to make a positive difference in the community and in the lives of others.

Corporate Volunteer Program

Recognizing the vital role business plays in sustaining healthy communities, Crescent allows its team members paid time off to volunteer at their FACES partner school. Although FACES is the heart of Crescent's commitment to community, team members also support and participate in a variety of organizations that focus on children, education, and healthy families, such as Junior Achievement, the American Heart Association, and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®. By encouraging volunteerism, Crescent underscores the belief that becoming connected to something meaningful enriches our lives.

Crescent Community Fund

The Crescent Community Fund assists Crescent and its affiliates in managing their charitable contributions and provides a means for employees and customers to make charitable contributions designated for the children and families of the FACES of Change^® partnerships, as well as other educational and community endeavors. This fund provides a service to donors, making their charitable giving easy, effective and tax-beneficial. Since the program's inception, more than $1.2 million in contributions and more than 22,000 volunteer hours have been donated through FACES. A special fund, Crescent Reaches Out, was established to provide employees with a way to help the victims of the September 11 tragedy.
